Whether you are new to yoga or want to change your practice, a private or semi-private session may be just what you need to feel comfortable on your mat. I can help you create a simple home practice that fits your lifestyle and particular needs, or help you gain the skills and confidence to join a group class in your community. The Introductory session is typically 90 minutes and follow-up sessions are your choice of 45, 60, or 90 minutes. I have studio space in South Burlington.
