THRIVE Consulting continues to evolve out of many years of experience working with people - front line staff, middle level managers, organization leaders, business owners, parents, children, and community members. While working my way up in organizations, I lived the conflicts between people and departments; the injustice; the heartache; and the occasional good outcome. During my final years in the role of Human Resources Director, I decided that I needed to step outside the box to teach; to help create organizational change; and to help others Thrive in the workplace.

Meka is a rescue from Costa Rica who lives to play and snuggle. When she's not romping in the woods, she enjoys agility; tricks; car rides; shopping; eating; and making everyone happy. Upon request, Meka is available to attend coaching sessions and support all canine-loving clients.
