The next time you are faced with a difficult conversation or conflict, take a deep breath and welcome the interaction as an opportunity for both parties to learn and grow. Be diplomatic, curious, and take time to listen more than you speak. Remember, you can only control what you say and not what the other person says. Practice, practice, practice. Good luck!

My husband made this cool ice lantern back in 2014. It was such a joy to open the slider curtain and have this shining during dinner! Best of all it reminded me to always look for the light, even within darkness. There is SO much negativity in our lives and environments. Make a list of all the positive things in your life. You'll be surprised!!
