When many people think of listening, they imagine two or more people in direct conversation...some people talking and some listening (or not!). Hopefully, the tables turn at some point with the listeners becoming talkers and the talkers becoming listeners. What about a deeper level of listening? Consider the times when you have been in need of an answer to a burning question or specific information then within hours or days, it comes right to you in a conversation with a stranger or in an article you happen to pick up. Of course, it might not always be what you want to hear! Are you aware of these moments? If not, slow down and pay attention. Everything you need in the moment is right there waiting for you to notice and accept. Stay present, listen, and observe. If you are grounded, you'll also know what to do with it. Have fun!!
